Responsibilities

- Monitor database performance and implement observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Lead incident triage efforts to quickly address database-related incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into database management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
