We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling architectural design and project documentation from the initial concept and scheme drawings through detailed drawings, 3D elevation renders, estimation, interior material selection, procurement, and coordination with project execution teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential building design, construction materials, estimation, interior design, and project coordination, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver drawings and designs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural project drawings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop concept designs and scheme drawings based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and other required architectural drawings.
- Develop 3D elevation designs and realistic renders for client presentations and project approvals.
- Design and coordinate building elevations, façade treatments, and exterior finishes.
- Prepare cost estimations and material quantity requirements for elevation and interior works.
- Prepare estimates based on drawings, specifications, material requirements, and project scope.




- Plan and design interior spaces, including material specifications and finishes.
- Identify and recommend suitable interior and exterior materials based on quality, design, budget, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for purchase and procurement of interior materials.
- Compare material prices, quotations, quality, and specifications before purchase.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, site teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and ensure design implementation.
- Review site execution and ensure that the work is carried out according to approved drawings and design specifications.
- Make necessary design modifications based on site requirements and project developments.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, estimates, material specifications, and revisions.
- Ensure all drawings and design deliverables are completed accurately and within project timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
