Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, revenue cycle management (RCM), and coding to ensure accurate processing of claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of accounts receivable processes, including denial management and appeal procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients/customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity levels.
