Job Title: Senior Analyst FX & OTC Derivatives Operations
Experience: 7-11 Years
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong experience in FX / Money Market (MM) operations and OTC Derivatives, with good understanding of the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage FX and Money Market trade operations across the complete trade lifecycle.
- Handle FX OTC Derivatives trade processing, validation and transaction management.
- Manage trade confirmation issuance, confirmation matching and exception resolution.
- Perform trade reconciliation and investigate breaks, discrepancies and unmatched trades.
- Work on FX/market rates, rate validation and related market operations activities.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Settlements, Finance and other stakeholders for timely resolution of trade issues.
- Monitor operational breaks and ensure accurate and timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Identify process gaps and support improvements across FX/Derivatives operations.
- Handle escalations and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Over 6 years of experience in FX / Foreign Exchange Operations.
- Strong understanding of FX trade lifecycle and OTC Derivatives.
- Experience in trade confirmation, matching and reconciliation.
- Valuable exposure to break investigation and exception management.
- Understanding of FX rates / market rates / Money Market operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, FXall or similar would be an advantage.
