Responsible for planning and program managing creative projects within marketing programs by working closely with Field Marketing Officers.

Play a consultative role in creative strategy, planning and managing creative projects or assets needed to promote events and trade shows, webcasts, thought leadership marketing, client-centric or account-based marketing and strategic deals support.

Responsible for creative program management of marketing assets within campaigns that result in increased brand awareness and reputation in the market.

Coordinate in-house teams and external agencies to develop campaign themes, high-level messaging, sales materials, and design concepts that meet approved briefs, timelines and brand standards.

Communicate project updates in a timely manner to all internal and external stakeholders.

Track market performance and reception metrics of creative assets and use that learning to improve creative and quality standards for future projects.

Provide guidance to the creative design team and content writing teams to assist them in creating world-class brand compliant marketing assets and engagement tools.

Manage internal and external resources in the execution of creative programs within marketing function to achieve strategic and marketing goals for the practice.





Should efficiently deposit and manage creative and marketing assets created in the corporate solutions and services repository.

Well-versed with integrated marketing approaches employing multiple digital channels

Has a clear view on content development for multiple channels and is not shy to roll up the sleeves and take a stab at content whenever required

Exceptional project and marketing program management capability

Ability to work with/knowledge about platforms like Workfront, Marketo, 6sense is an added advantage

Valuable knowledge of marketing tactics and best practices

Self-starter and highly focused on Execution with good presentation skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in managing customer accounts from B2B or B2C marketing agencies accounts and worked on highly differentiated marketing campaigns and projects.

Motivated to deliver visible business impact, contribute ideas, and take ownership of high-quality work.

Familiarity with internet and digital marketing, working with external agencies to develop marketing assets

Ability to develop campaign concepts and facilitate ideation with Marketing Officers and other senior marketing stakeholders.

KEY SKILLS: Experience in creative-agency client servicing, field marketing, product marketing, or marketing project management, with demonstrated ownership of multi-stakeholder campaigns and deliverables.

Proficiency in using AI and AI-enabled productivity tools for ideation, project planning, and workflow efficiency, with sound judgement regarding accuracy, confidentiality and responsible use.
