Senior Analyst Automation

The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver automated business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology across the business. Working alongside key stakeholders and local experts, be able to elicit requirements

- End to end process automation knowledge using UiPath tool • Strong knowledge in solutioning & implementing automation cases with Document Understanding capabilities, IXP and Ui path Apps • Exposure and experience in preparing solution design document • UiPath process development ,Unit testing and deployment • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process • Identify issues and provide immediate solutions • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and providing solutions as required • Provide developer support to production tickets (Incidents, Problem & Service Requests) raised by users • Understanding of RPA infrastructure • Stakeholder Management

Allianz India Duties & Responsibilities :
- Follow Allianz Services HR policies • Organize/ participate in various divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives such as OPEX, ICG, TCG, Diversity, Innovation, and Charity. • Ensuring on-time Weekly/Monthly reporting as required 5%

ISMS Responsibilities :



• Conduct ISMS activities in BC team as per the guidance of ISMS Team SPOC • Adhere to the Information Security policies day in and day out • Report any ISMS events / incidents as per the reporting procedures • Shall be aware of all ISMS principles and guidelines 5%

PART 3

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/software-related technology (BCA/MCA/MS) or any relevant stream. • 3 – 6 years of experience in UiPath. • Technical demonstrable knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of UiPath software. • Apply best practice tools, techniques and standards to map and document the business processes in detail. • Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow • Solid Analytical bias, with the ability to pick up current skills relatively quickly • Automation/Testing/Analytics/Machine Learning/other Technical background is an added advantage • Good communication skills with the ability to elicit, question, probe and challenge others across the organisation • Awareness or exposure to developing macros, formulae or any other coding activities would be beneficial • Valuable Team Player
