Job Summary The Senior Admission Manager - B.Tech will be responsible for leading end-to-end B.Tech admissions and driving admission numbers in a highly target-based, performance-driven environment. This leadership role requires proven expertise in B.Tech admissions within educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete B.Tech admissions including walk-ins, digital leads, counsellors, and channel partners
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets with strong ownership of results
- Manage, mentor, and monitor admission counsellors
- Drive conversions from digital platforms and offline admission sources
- Coordinate with marketing teams for effective lead generation strategies
- Maintain admission MIS, daily performance tracking, and reporting
- Build strong engagement with students and parents





Mandatory Requirements

- Prior experience in B.Tech admissions only (educational institutes mandatory)
- Strong track record of consistently achieving admission targets
- Proven experience handling teams and high-volume lead conversions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a performance-driven workplace
