Position: Senior Admission Counselor

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Sunday + 1st & 3rd Saturday

Shift Timing: 2:30 PM 11:30 PM IST

Experience: 5 8 Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel international students on programs, admissions, and enrolment.
- Manage leads from qualification to conversion and enrolment.
- Handle student queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to drive admission conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects.
- Manage CRM records and sales pipeline while achieving targets.
- Relevant experience in international admissions, education counselling, EdTech, or international sales is preferred.

TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS

- HubSpot CRM
- RingCentral (mandatory)
- Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Slack

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Additional qualifications or certifications in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields will be an added advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in engaging international prospects and building solid qualified rapport.
- Strong follow-up, relationship management, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales pipelines, prioritize leads, and drive conversions.
- Target-driven approach with a strong focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

- Lead-to-contact and qualified-opportunity conversion.
- Lead-to-enrolment conversion and overall sales performance.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Effective follow-up and efficient sales pipeline management.
- Reduction of average conversion time with consistent CRM data accuracy.
- Maintaining high levels of prospect engagement and delivering a positive customer experience.
