First Bridge Business School (FBBS) is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to manage student admissions and guide prospective students through the complete admission journey. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting qualified prospects into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents about FBBS programs, eligibility, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission processes.

- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, online meetings, and walk-ins.

- Follow up with leads and maintain strong engagement throughout the admission cycle.

- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions while maintaining a student-first approach.

- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and conversions in the CRM.

- Conduct counselling sessions, webinars, campus visits, and admission events.

- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to support admission campaigns.

- Assist students with application forms, documentation, fee details, and other admission requirements.





- Track competitor programs and admission trends and share relevant market insights with management.

- Mentor junior admission counsellors and support the team in achieving targets.

- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or MBA/PGDM preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student recruitment, or inside sales.

- Experience in business school, MBA/PGDM, higher education, or edtech admissions is preferred.

- Candidates with a proven record of achieving admission/sales targets will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,821.48 - ₹86,883.63 per month
