- Act as the first point of contact between the developer and housing societies for redevelopment opportunities.

- Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential redevelopment projects.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with society members, managing committees, consultants, architects, PMC firms, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with society office bearers and residents.

- Explain redevelopment proposals, project benefits, timelines, and commercial terms to society members.

- Coordinate with technical, legal, architectural, and liaison teams for project feasibility and due diligence.

- Conduct site inspections and evaluate redevelopment potential.

- Prepare feasibility reports and assist management in project evaluation.





- Ensure compliance with RERA, Development Control Regulations (DCPR), and all applicable redevelopment guidelines.

- Coordinate documentation, Letters of Intent (LOIs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and other acquisition-related paperwork.

- Liaise with government authorities, legal consultants, surveyors, and technical consultants when required.

- Monitor acquisition progress and provide periodic updates to senior management.

- Represent the company professionally at meetings and networking events.
