About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee all accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TDS, GST, Tally, Balance Sheet finalization, and hands-on knowledge of PF and ESI compliance, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts using Tally (or equivalent ERP).
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger reconciliations, and ensure proper closure of accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Manage end-to-end TDS compliance: calculation, deduction, deposit, quarterly returns (24Q/26Q/27Q), and issuance of Form 16/16A.
- Handle GST compliance: filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, input tax credit reconciliation, and audit support.
- Ensure timely filing of income tax returns and other statutory compliances as applicable.




- Oversee PF and ESI compliance: registration, monthly contributions, returns filing, inspections, and liaison with authorities as required.

Team & Process Management

- Supervise and guide the accounts team for efficient day-to-day operations.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with other departments for billing, vendor payments, and management reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance roles, with proven exposure to complete accounting cycles.
- Expertise in Tally is mandatory; familiarity with Busy, SAP, or other ERPs is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in TDS and GST filing, including returns, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Practical working knowledge of PF and ESI regulations, contribution calculations, and return filings.
- Proven track record in Balance Sheet finalization and financial statement preparation.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory requirements in India.
