Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting functions, including financial planning, statutory compliance, receivables/payables, and internal reporting. This role requires solid analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and hands-on experience in working with financial systems and audit processes.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and conduct monthly reviews to analyze deviations and ensure cost control.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and ensure timely month-end closings in line with internal deadlines.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, and Income Tax.
- Prepare and issue invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
- Verify and process vendor bills and coordinate timely disbursals after necessary approvals.
- Manage daily fund transfers, monitor cash flow, and perform periodic bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.




- Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports and assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required data.
- Maintain records of company assets and ensure timely renewals of insurance policies and related documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams for budgeting, billing, and financial query resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial operations
- Strong understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit requirements
- Proficient in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
