Senior Accounts Executive –

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to oversee accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, reporting, and financial coordination. The role involves managing customer and vendor accounts, supporting audits, and ensuring timely completion of financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records accurately.
- Handle bookkeeping, journal postings, ledger verification, and bank reconciliations using Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar software.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and MIS reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Monitor customer accounts, outstanding payments, and receivables, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Review invoices, credit notes, and debit notes and resolve billing-related discrepancies.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and clients regarding payment and invoicing concerns.
- Manage GST-related activities, including return filing, reconciliation, and invoice-level tax accuracy.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, return filing, and preparation of Form 16/16A.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Verify vendor bills against purchase orders and applicable taxation requirements.




- Maintain accounts payable records and coordinate timely vendor payments.
- Work closely with HR for payroll accounting and ensure statutory payments such as PF, ESI, and PT are completed on time.
- Coordinate banking activities, payments, and related financial transactions.
- Ensure accounting practices comply with applicable tax laws, the Companies Act, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare financial data and reports using Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data validation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, auditors, bankers, and internal departments.
- Manage multiple accounting priorities independently while meeting reporting and compliance deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Saral TDS.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification
- Preferred: M.Com / MBA / CA Inter
- 3 years of CA Articleship/Internship will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,688.08 - ₹41,559.09 per month
