Role Description The Senior Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Key tasks include maintaining general ledgers, preparing and reviewing vouchers, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and vendor accounts. The role involves supporting monthly and annual closing activities, preparing financial reports, coordinating with auditors, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and help improve internal controls and accounting processes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; skilled certifications (e.g., CA/Inter, CMA/Inter) are a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar accounts or finance role, preferably at a senior or lead level.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidential financial information.
