- Candidates should have minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory
- Prior experience in a D2C e-commerce company is mandatory
- Candidates without both Zoho + D2C e-commerce experience should not be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently manage complete accounting in Zoho Books
- Manage stock and inventory through Zoho Inventory
- Handle accounting for a high-volume D2C e-commerce business
- Reconcile website orders with collections and accounting entries
- Reconcile payment gateways, UPI, COD and bank settlements
- Reconcile courier and COD remittances
- Handle returns, refunds, cancellations, discounts and credit notes
- Reconcile sales, inventory and collections across e-commerce systems
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Reconcile physical stock with Zoho Inventory
- Ensure correct inventory valuation and stock accounting
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliations and return filing
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation and input tax credit verification
- Handle TDS deduction, payment, reconciliation and return filing
- Ensure timely completion of all applicable statutory compliances
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports
- Carry out monthly and annual closing of books
- Prepare MIS and management reports
- Coordinate with CA, auditors and consultants




- Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies
- Maintain proper accounting controls, documentation and SOPs

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 7–8 years of total accounting experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of strong hands-on Zoho experience
- Mandatory D2C e-commerce accounting experience
- Strong understanding of payment gateway and COD reconciliation
- Strong understanding of returns, refunds and settlement accounting
- Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliances
- Valuable knowledge of inventory accounting
- Experience handling large volumes of daily transactions
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to independently close books and identify discrepancies
- High attention to detail and ownership of the complete accounts function

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Shopify or similar D2C platforms
- Unicommerce or similar order management systems
- Amazon / Flipkart / other marketplaces
- Razorpay, PayU or other payment gateways
- FMCG / Food / Consumer product companies

QUALIFICATION B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent accounting qualification.

Note: Practical experience in Zoho and D2C e-commerce accounting is mandatory and will be given greater importance than qualification alone.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
