Role Eligibility: Any Commerce/Finance qualification with strong technical, accounting skills. CA (Inter) with an overall experience of 6-8 years would be preferred. The candidate must have at least 4 years experience working as team lead or Senior Accountant with team handling responsibilities & maintaining client relationships.

Technical qualifications : Expert knowledge of TALLY, ZohoBooks, QuickBooks. Relevant experience in statutory compliances pertaining to TDS, GST & MCA. An excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Advanced Excel Skills. Very positive English oral & written communication skills are a must. Team handling experience of around 2-3 years is required.

Roles and Responsibilities - Day to Day activities will include:

- Oversee the activities of a small team of accounting staff, and guide them on their day to day activities (see activities below).



Candidate should also prepared to take on individual contributor role in the same areas:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Preparation & Analysis of MIS
- Monthly/Quarterly and Annual filing of GST, quarterly TDS and Income tax returns
- Audit co-ordination
- Preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III
- Responding to client communication

Candidate should be able to work independently, handle pressure and co-ordinate with all stakeholders. Must display superior attention to detail; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty and a good appetite to learn new things, with a positive mind set.
