Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead and manage our accounting operations. The role involves overseeing day-to-day accounts, statutory compliance, payroll, and project-wise financial management. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in real estate, interiors, or construction, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and monitor daily financial transactions in Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, purchase and sales records
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders , and track project expenses

- Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS deductions & returns , and other statutory compliances

- Generate and manage E-way Bills

- Perform bank reconciliations , maintain cash book entries,



and monitor cash flow

- Manage payroll processing, salary disbursement , and related filings

- Assist in preparing MIS reports, financial reports, budgets, and audit documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure accurate filing, documentation, and statutory compliance
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, clients, auditors, and consultants on accounts-related matters

Requirements

- Experience : 4–8 years in accounting, preferably in Construction, Interiors, or Real Estate

- Education : B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

- Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP (must)

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, E-way Bill, payroll filing, and statutory compliances

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliations, MIS reporting)

- Domain Knowledge : Project-wise costing, subcontractor/vendor accounting, billing & statutory audits

- Soft Skills : Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate results within deadlines
