Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 3–5 years of experience to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally and Zoho Books, along with basic knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting &
- Financial Operations:

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Books

- Manage Accounts Payable &

- Receivable

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records

- Assist in maintaining proper documentation of financial transactions

- Compliance &

- Statutory Support: Assist in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance

- Support in preparation and filing of returns

- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues.

Financial

Reporting:

- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports





- Support audits by providing necessary data and documents

- Maintain accurate financial data for reporting purposes. Software &

- System Handling:

- Work on Tally ERP and Zoho Books for accounting entries

- Maintain data accuracy and assist in system updates.

General

Support:

- Coordinate with internal teams for financial data

- Support the senior accounts team in daily operations

Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

- Experience: 3–5 Years in an accounting role

- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books

- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

- Positive communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
