We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to support our growing operations

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with 10+ years of hands-on expertise, particularly in Tally, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of independently managing end-to-end accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

#AccountsReceivable (AR)

Oversee customer invoicing, payment tracking, and credit control.

Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.

Coordinate with sales and operations to resolve billing discrepancies.

#AccountsPayable (AP)

Manage vendor invoices, payment cycles, and reconciliation.





Ensure timely processing of bills and adherence to company policies.

Maintain robust relationships with vendors to handle queries and clarifications.

#GeneralAccounting

Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial accuracy in Tally ERP.

Prepare monthly MIS reports, ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Support audits (internal & statutory) by preparing required documentation.

Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.

10+ years of experience in accounting roles.

Strong, hands-on experience in #TallyERP.

Deep understanding of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.

Knowledge of #GST,#TDS, and other compliance requirements.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
