About The Role

We’re looking for a Zoho Accountant who can keep our financial operations smooth, structured, and stress-free. Someone who understands numbers, communicates clearly, and knows their way around the Zoho ecosystem like a pro.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping & financial operations in Zoho Books
- Handling invoicing, reconciliations & expense tracking
- Preparing financial summaries and reports for internal teams
- Supporting GST, TDS, vendor payments, payroll coordination, monthly closing & basic compliance processes
- Collaborating with teams to streamline workflows and reporting
- Helping maintain clean, accurate, and reliable financial data





What We’re Looking For:

- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books
- Valuable understanding of GST, accounting fundamentals & reconciliations
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Someone who values clarity, ownership & organisation
- Ability to simplify finance conversations without sounding like a textbook

Huge Plus If You:

- Have worked with Zoho Expense, Payroll, or Inventory
- Enjoy organising spreadsheets a little too much
- Can spot mismatched numbers faster than spelling mistakes
- Love systems, structure, and making processes smoother
