We’re Hiring | Sr. Accounts Executive

MatTrade Resources Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sr. Accounts Executive to join our team at Gurugram.

? Candidate Background – IMPORTANT

Candidates must have relevant experience in Export & Import accounting / International Trading / Trade Finance.

Candidates with a strong background in Export & Import transactions, international trade, LC, BG will be preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expert-level proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books , including journal entries, ledger maintenance and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Handle Export & Import accounting , international trade transactions, documentation and payments.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS and TCS , including computation, filing and reconciliation.
- Handle bank, vendor and customer/contract-wise reconciliations .
- Manage contract-wise invoicing, billing and receivables follow-up .
- Working knowledge of LC, BG, Customs Duty, Foreign Exchange and banking operations .
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and contract-wise trackers.
- Support month-end/year-end closing and preparation of accounting MIS reports.




- Monitor daily cash position and coordinate payments with suppliers, customers and internal trading teams.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling financial and contractual information.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field .
- Experience in Accounts, Export-Import Accounting / International Trading is required.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, LC, BG and Customs Duty .
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books and MS Excel .
- Good knowledge of bank, vendor and customer reconciliations .
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- CA / CA Final will be preferred.
