Job Responsibilities

- Handle operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of AC/HVAC systems in an IT facility.
- Attend AC breakdowns and rectify faults with minimum downtime.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Split AC, Cassette AC, Package AC, VRF/VRV and AHU systems.
- Check refrigerant pressure, electrical components, compressors, motors, sensors, thermostats, and control systems.
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and basic AC servicing.




- Monitor HVAC equipment performance and identify potential issues.
- Maintain daily maintenance checklists, service reports, and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management team and OEM/service vendors when required.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and IT facility operational guidelines.
