Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor for our Whitefield Campus. In this role, you will be the face of BIA, guiding prospective students and working professionals through our advanced technology programs, helping them make informed career decisions, and driving campus admissions. This position perfectly blends academic counselling with B2C EdTech sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Student Counselling: Call and meet prospective students and their parents to understand their career goals and explain BIA course details.
- Lead Conversion: Manage admissions pipelines, handle inquiries, follow up with leads consistently, and drive high-volume student enrollments.
- Sales Excellence: Own individual sales targets, overcome objections confidently,



and close admissions to achieve month-on-month targets.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for student queries from initial outreach through the enrollment process.
- CRM Reporting: Maintain clean records of lead interactions and pipeline updates using CRM software.

Who Should Apply?
- Experience: Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of proven experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, inside sales, or college admissions.
- Skills: Robust B2C sales conversion skills with exceptional verbal and written English communication.
- Attributes: Target-driven mindset, resilient objection-handling abilities, and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience working with training academies, online coaching platforms, or tech bootcamps is a huge advantage.
