We are looking for finance professionals with solid experience in M&A; Due Diligence to join a high-impact project involving transaction advisory and financial analysis.

? Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in M&A; / Financial Due Diligence

• Strong understanding of financial analysis, QoE, working capital, EBITDA and transaction-related analysis

• Experience working on M&A; / transaction advisory projects

- Robust accounting and financial reporting knowledge

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

- Good analytical and problem-solving ability




- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight timelines
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

? Ideal Profile:

CA / Semi-Qualified CA / Partly Qualified CA professionals who have worked with Big 4 / Transaction Advisory / Deal Advisory / M&A; / Due Diligence teams and are looking to take up a challenging project role.
