Role Description This is a full time, on-site Security Systems Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Biometric) role based in Gurgaon.

The Security Systems

Engineer is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV, access control, and biometric systems for client sites, ensuring reliable and secure operation. Daily tasks include assessing security requirements, preparing system layouts, integrating hardware and software components, and conducting system testing and commissioning. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance,



and providing on-site technical support and training to clients and internal teams.

The engineer collaborates with project managers and security personnel to optimize system performance, adhere to safety and compliance standards, and document configurations, changes, and incident reports.

Qualifications

- Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills relevant to CCTV, access control, and biometric security solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for security systems and related networked equipment.
- Proficiency in System Administration for security platforms, including configuration, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of IP networking, cabling standards, and integration of hardware and software components in security environments.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation for installations and upgrades.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in security systems, networking, or vendor-specific technologies (e.g., CCTV, access control platforms) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in client-facing environments.
- Willingness to work in Gurgaon and travel to client locations as required for installation, support, and maintenance activities.
