Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, and experienced Security Incharge to oversee the complete security operations of our real estate projects, offices, and sites. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure workplace, supervising security guards, monitoring entry/exit, and ensuring compliance with company security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all security guards deployed at the project/site/office.
- Prepare and monitor security duty rosters and shifts.
- Ensure proper entry and exit of employees, visitors, labour, vendors, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor, vehicle, material movement, and incident registers.
- Conduct regular security rounds and inspections of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and immediately report any suspicious activity.
- Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, damage, and other security-related incidents.
- Coordinate with site management, HR, administration, and local authorities whenever required.
- Ensure proper security arrangements for company events, VIP visits, and significant activities.
- Check security guards' discipline, attendance, uniform, alertness, and conduct.
- Handle emergency situations such as theft, fire, accidents, disputes, or unauthorized access.




- Ensure proper checking and movement records of construction materials entering or leaving the site.
- Prepare daily security reports and report incidents to management.
- Train and brief security guards regarding company rules, emergency procedures, and security protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with company security policies and instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ex-Army / Ex-Defence personnel preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and team-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and conflict situations calmly.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of conducting regular site inspections.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts or as per project/site requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile Ex-Army personnel with experience in security management, discipline, personnel supervision, site security, or administration will be given preference.
