– SECURITY GUARD

Reports To: Admin Manager / Site Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, company property, materials, and project premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit registers.
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing materials and goods.
- Monitor the premises through regular security rounds.
- Ensure the safety of company assets, equipment, materials, and property.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and immediately report suspicious activities.
- Coordinate with site management during emergencies or security incidents.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities when required.
- Ensure gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.
- Report any loss, damage, theft, or unusual activity to the reporting manager immediately.
- Maintain proper discipline and security procedures at the site.
- Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Security Guard, preferably in a construction site, real-estate project, office, or industrial environment.
- Basic communication skills in Tamil; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts if required.
- Alert, responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to maintain basic registers and records.
- Prior experience in handling site security and material movement will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
