Designation | SE Intel Data Analyst Qualification | QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION - B.E or B TECH or MS IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, ELECTRONICS, RELEVANT TECHNICAL CERTIFICATION Experience (in years) | 12 | Responsibilities of the SE Intel Data Analyst Manage Run activities • Ensure the stability and reliability of daily/monthly end-to-end data flow refreshes • Guarantee smooth, accurate, and timely dashboard publications, including validation of figures prior to release.

- Support the adoption of new data referentials, business rules, and operating models Monitor and drive Data Quality • Partner with Data Quality team to identify root causes of data issues and define ETL back-end solutions • Monitor and improve dimension completeness of ETL datasets.
- Define and maintain data quality rules and controls to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Manage KPI accreditation and ensure compliance with the 4 Data Golden Rules. Deliver and optimize end to end data flows • Deliver new end-to-end data flows from ADL to SE Intel by translating business requirements into scalable and reliable data solutions.
- Optimize existing data flows by simplifying architectures, maximizing connection to Reusable Data objects, and complementing non-ingested sources by manual authorized & governed flows.
- Maximize dimension completeness and ensure accurate dimension allocations through close collaboration with SMEs and Data Domains.
- Enhance the reliability, performance, and scalability of SE Intel data assets.
- Contribute to the adoption of new data platforms, architectures,



and AI capabilities to support Schneider Electric's data transformation journey. Manage data projects fostering Data governance • Use Agile methodology used by SE Intel team.
- Define, optimize and document technical requirements, data flows and refresh processes.
- Ensure ETL back-end solutions comply with the 4 Data Golden Rules and data governance standards.
- Support solution design, testing, and validation activities through data analysis and SQL-based simulations.
- Coordinate cross-stream deployments to ensure successful and timely delivery of data solutions.
- Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, compliance, and end-to-end data traceability.

Skill Set

Required | Education / Experience / Technical Expertise • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence environments, including 7+ years as a hands-on Data Analyst.
- 5+ years in Advanced SQL.
- Expertise in Excel for data analysis, simulations, testing, and business use-case development • Strong experience in Finance/Business Analysis, and Data Management.
- Robust understanding of end-to-end data ecosystems, including ETL processes, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses/Data Marts, and master data domains (Customer, Product, etc.).
- Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is considered an asset.
- Strong focus on data quality, security, governance, and integrity.
