Role & responsibilities:

- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to gather business needs and translate them into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, and clear acceptance criteria.

- Agile Project Delivery: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure smooth cross-functional team execution.

- Data-Driven Reporting: Build, maintain, and automate operational dashboards using Power BI and advanced SQL to track KPIs, SLA adherence, and business metrics.

- Platform & Process Management: Administer enterprise workflows and platform enhancements across systems like ServiceNow (ITSM) and Salesforce CRM.

- UAT Coordination: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple business units to ensure functional solutions meet business standards.

- Collaboration: Work effectively in a hybrid environment,



balancing structured in office collaboration days with productive remote execution.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of core experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst.

- Work Model: Comfort and alignment with a hybrid work model (requiring regular on-site attendance each week at the designated office).

- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore or Gurugram.

- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excel, and product management tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Domain Exposure: Prior experience working in SaaS, IT Services, or enterprise platform transformation (ServiceNow/Salesforce) is highly preferred.

- Methodologies: Strong execution background in Agile, Scrum, and Change Management frameworks.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related business field.
