Scrum Master – Solutions Project Team

Location: Pune

Job Summary

- Lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams.

- Ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.

- Guide teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders.

- Drive continuous improvement and team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Coaching

- Promote Agile values, principles, and Scrum best practices.

- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies.

- Support self-organizing, high-performing teams.

- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.

Scrum Delivery Management

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

- Support Release Planning and PI Planning activities.

- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery commitments.

- Ensure sprint goals and project milestones are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration





- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog.

- Coordinate with Architects, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

- Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across teams.

- Enable effective communication between business and technical teams.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify, track, and resolve delivery impediments.

- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Escalate critical concerns when needed.

Reporting & Governance

- Provide sprint and project status updates.

- Track Agile metrics and team performance.

- Support project planning, execution, monitoring, and governance activities.

- Maintain transparency through Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
