- Plans and facilitates all agile ceremonies in collaboration with the product owner, including refinements, iteration planning, retrospectives, demos, and daily stand-ups
- Understands program goals and objectives and works with program management, product owner, and development team to estimate target timelines based on team capacity and velocity
- Drives, facilitates and supports teams progress towards successful delivery of the team goals and objectives, as well as report on progress towards those goals and objectives
- Removes impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals
