- Provide overall leadership and direction to the school.

- Ensure effective planning and implementation of academic activities.

- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, discipline, and student development.

- Guide, mentor, and develop teachers and administrative staff.

- Manage day-to-day school administration and operations.

- Build a positive, safe, disciplined, and supportive school environment.

- Coordinate effectively with teachers, students, parents, management, and other stakeholders.

- Monitor academic performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Encourage innovative teaching practices and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with applicable school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.





- Support the overall development and growth of the school.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experienced Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Education Skilled.

- Retired Principal who wishes to remain actively engaged in education.

- Senior teacher or education professional with strong teaching and school-administration experience and readiness to take up a leadership role.

- Individuals who are passionate about education and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful social cause.
