Our Centre Heads play an significant role in creating a great experience for children and parents while ensuring smooth centre operations, team performance and business growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and mature Centre Manager / Centre Head who can independently manage the overall operations of a KLAY centre.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in team management, customer handling, operations and business development/admissions. Candidates from education, preschool/daycare, retail, healthcare, hospitality, customer service or other customer-facing industries are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Lead, manage, mentor and motivate the centre team.
- Ensure high-quality customer/parent experience.
- Act as the single point of contact for parents and the centre team.
- Handle parent queries, concerns and escalations effectively.
- Manage walk-ins, enquiries and admission conversions.
- Drive centre-level revenue and admission targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of centre activities and programs.
- Monitor centre performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Take ownership of the Centre P&L; and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with KLAY processes, policies and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with parents and support customer retention.




- Identify opportunities to improve centre performance and customer experience.
- Work closely with regional and support teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- A degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education will be an added advantage.

Experience 5–10 years of experience in any of the following:

- Preschool / Daycare / Education
- Retail / Store Operations
- Healthcare / Hospital Operations
- Hospitality
- Customer Service / Client Servicing
- Other customer-facing service businesses

Candidates with experience in managing teams, handling customers, driving sales/conversions and managing day-to-day operations will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who can run the centre like an owner — managing people, parents, operations, admissions and business performance while ensuring a protected and positive environment for children.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
