Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM environments.
- Manage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Deploy and manage applications, patches, and software updates through Intune and SCCM.




- Configure and maintain compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, and conditional access policies.
- Support Windows Autopilot deployments and up-to-date workplace initiatives.
- Perform OS imaging, task sequence creation, and Operating System Deployment (OSD).
- Manage endpoint security controls including BitLocker, Defender, and vulnerability remediation.
- Implement and support Co-Management between SCCM and Intune.
- Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and deployment success rates.
- Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, update, and policy-related issues.
- Create automation scripts using PowerShell for operational efficiency.
- Work with Service Desk, Security, and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Technical

- Strong understanding of Endpoint Management concepts.
- Hands-on expertise in SCCM infrastructure and Intune administration.
- Experience with software packaging and deployment methodologies.
- Knowledge of Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and Autopatch.
- Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
