We are looking for a cluster manager for our Retail Sales Channel

- Running the daily deliverable activities of the business
- Focus on Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, Brokerage Generation, ME productivity and cross selling of various products (as advised by management time to time )
- Driving business numbers and managing larger teams.
- Responsible for handling the branches of the region assigned
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle
- Create and implement effective direct sales strategies toward achievement of sales objectives
- Responsible for profit centers profitability and P & L
- Managing key customer relationships, building and sustaining investment relationships with High Net worth Individuals and Corporate clients that include products like IPO, Bonds etc.




- Training Team Leader & Marketing Executive on products as well as various aspects of sales management.
- Learning and development of the sales team on the core product and other cross sell products.
- Building and sustaining effective sales processes to continuously improve efficiencies.
- Work force management: control attrition; provide growth path etc.

Reporting: Regional Head

Reportees: Sales Manager

Qualification: Graduation/MBA

Location: Thiruvananthapuram & Ernakulam

Requirement: Candidate with Team handling experience from a Stock Market background with a minimum of 6 years of Experience.
