Job Details:

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Architect

Experience: 7-11 years

Location: Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Architect with 7-11 years of overall IT experience, including significant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation,

integration, and solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture and design activities.

∙Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable

SuccessFactors solutions.

∙Design and implement SuccessFactors modules such as:

oEmployee Central (EC)

oPerformance & Goals (PMGM)

oCompensation oSuccession & Development oRecruiting Management (RCM)

oOnboarding oLearning Management System (LMS)

∙Define integration architecture between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC/S4 HANA,

Payroll, third-party applications, and cloud platforms.

∙Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.

∙Conduct solution reviews, architecture assessments, and best practice recommendations.

∙Support data migration, security, role-based permissions (RBP),



and compliance requirements.

∙Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, project managers, and development teams.

∙Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide resolution guidance.

∙Prepare architecture documentation, design specifications, and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications:

∙7-9 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.

∙Strong expertise in Employee Central and at least two additional SuccessFactors modules.

∙Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors implementation and support projects.

∙Experience with SAP CPI/HCI, Integration Center, APIs, and middleware integrations.

∙Knowledge of HR business processes including Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.

∙Experience in data migration and reporting tools.

∙Understanding of SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, or SAP S/4HANA integrations.

∙Ability to conduct solution workshops and architecture discussions with clients.

∙Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
