SAP SuccessFactors Compensation - Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementations , including:
- Blueprinting
- Requirement analysis
- Configuration
- Testing
- Go-live support
- Post-go-live stabilization

- Conduct discovery and requirement-gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
- Design future-state compensation processes aligned with company policies and market practices.

- Configure compensation plans covering

- Merit
- Bonus
- Stock options

- Configure and manage:

- Eligibility rules
- Pay components
- Budgets
- Approval workflows
- Compensation guidelines

- Set up provisioning, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and system enablements , including Business Process Engine (BPE) for automated compensation cycles.
- Design and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors Compensation and:

- Employee Central (EC)
- SAP HCM
- SAP ECC
- Third-party payroll systems
- Finance systems

- Work with integration technologies such as:

- Integration Center
- APIs
- SAP PO
- Middleware tools

- Manage compensation data migration , including:

- Data uploads
- Compensation adjustments
- Historical data
- Data validation and reconciliation

- Support the complete testing lifecycle:

- Unit Testing
- Integration Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Regression Testing

- Deliver end-user training and prepare detailed:

- SOPs
- User guides
- Configuration documentation

- Develop and maintain compensation reports and dashboards using:

- People Analytics
- Query Designer

- Provide compensation insights related to:

- Compensation trends
- Budget utilization
- Pay data
- Compliance

- Provide post-go-live production support , including:

- Issue troubleshooting
- Defect resolution
- Enhancements
- System stabilization





- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional/technical guidance.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities , including:

- Solution demonstrations
- Client presentations
- Solution discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation and support.
- Experience with end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementations or migrations .
- Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations/migrations involving SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Strong functional expertise in configuring:
- Compensation plans
- Eligibility rules
- Pay components
- Workflows
- Budget management
- Guidelines

- Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation processes and configuration .
- Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and provisioning.
- Hands-on integration experience with:

- SuccessFactors Integration Center
- APIs
- SAP HCM/EC
- SAP ECC
- SAP PO
- Middleware platforms

- Experience with compensation data migration, uploads, and data validation .
- Proficiency in People Analytics and Query Designer for compensation reporting.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, go-live, and production stabilization .
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants and work independently on client engagements.

Preferred / Good to Have
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation - preferred.
- Experience with People Analytics reporting and dashboards .
- Knowledge of Business Process Engine (BPE) and automated compensation cycles.
- Exposure to pre-sales, solution demos, and client presentations .
