Role & responsibilities-

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP PP & QM Executive to manage and support Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules in SAP. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality compliance, and supporting end-users with system-related queries and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

PP (Production Planning):

- Configure and support SAP PP module including:
- Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers)
- Production Orders, Planned Orders
- MRP (Material Requirement SAP Planning)
- Monitor and improve production planning processes.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Analyze production data and generate reports for decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PP-related issues.

SAP QM (Quality Management):
- Configure and maintain SAP QM processes:
- Inspection Lots and Results Recording
- Quality Notifications
- Ensure integration of QM with MM (Materials Management) and PP modules.
- Support quality audits and compliance processes.
- Monitor quality metrics and suggest improvements.

Cross-Functional Responsibilities:




- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure integration between PP, QM, MM, FICO and SD modules.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
- Support SAP enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities (UAT).
- Maintain system data accuracy and consistency.

Preferred candidate profile-

- Strong knowledge of SAP PP and QM modules.
- Experience in:
- MRP Run & Planning Strategies
- Batch Management (preferred)
- Quality Inspection Processes
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- SAP certification in PP/QM (preferred).
- Experience in S/4HANA environment (added advantage).
- Knowledge of integration with MM/SD modules.
