SAP PP/ Logistics Functional Requirement

Mandatory Skills:-

o PP/MM functional consultant in multiple implementations, Production Support and Enhancement projects for Manufacturing, Automotive and other Discrete/Repetitive Production Industries.

o Must have expertise in Configuration of Production Planning area such as MRP, GR Processing, Production Versions, Serial Number Profiles, In House Processing Time, Planning Calendars, both MTS (Make to Stock)/ MTO (Make to Order) Order Processing.

o Must have experience with Setup of Repetitive Manufacturing Process of Planning Table, REM Confirmation Process, Post Processing Records.

o Must have atealst one recent experience with S4 HANA particularly with activation of MRP Live and its configuration.





o Robust expertise with Bill of Material, Alternate BOMs, Routing, Rate Routings, Work Centers, Capacity Planning, CAPP Calculations.

o Expertise in PP Variant Configuration Process, Classes, Characteristics and Classification tab of Material Master.

o Hands on experience in integration with Non SAP Shop Floor Systems where Production Orders and Planned orders are processed.

o Proven experience troubleshooting the interfaces like File based, SQL or SFTP or SAP PI or IDOCS for Production Planning Interfaces in integration with Shop Floor systems.

o Experience with Non SAP Systems for Master Data, MES Shop Floor System, Financial Records processing.
