Role summary

Support SAP MM/SCM processes and related procurement integrations, with standby capability for SAP APO retention support.

Must-have skills

- Purchasing, inventory, invoice verification and master data
- SAP MM/SCM configuration and production support
- Ariba and Concur integration exposure
- SAP APO support exposure
- Testing, data correction and minor-change delivery

Key responsibilities

- Resolve procurement and supply-chain incidents
- Support master-data and integration issues
- Coordinate with SAP technical and retained infrastructure teams
- Provide best-effort APO availability and retained-data support
- Support testing and production validation

Project-specific requirements

- Hands-on L2/L3 production support experience and ability to independently diagnose incidents from day one.




- Willingness to work in the assigned IST/EST-aligned support shift and participate in the defined P1 on-call rotation.
- Robust written and verbal communication with business users, HMH Service Desk, NOC/ProdOps, retained technical teams and product vendors.
- Ability to create and maintain runbooks, KEDB articles, RCA records and transition documentation.
- Experience estimating minor changes, supporting testing and validating production releases.
- Ability to distinguish active SCM support from APO best-effort/retention support.

Experience during supply-chain business peaks and cross-functional incidents.
