Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, deploy, and support integration flows using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration.

- Build integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Benefit Focus, WFS, other SAP applications, and third-party systems.

- Configure REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS and API-based integrations.

- Develop message transformations using graphical/message mapping, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.

- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, retries, and alerting.

- Configure security mechanisms including OAuth, certificates, credentials, PGP, and secure connectivity.

- Troubleshoot production integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing and resolve defects.

- Prepare technical specifications, interface mapping, and support documentation.

- Participate in deployments, release management, and production support.

Preferred candidate profile





- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite Cloud Integration.

- 79 years of experience in SAP integration technologies, with strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.

- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP integration scenarios.

- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, OData, XML, JSON, CSV, and EDI.

- Experience with IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS adapters, message/value mappings, content modifiers, routers, and splitters.

- Hands-on expertise in Groovy scripting and XSLT transformations.

- Knowledge of API authentication, certificate-based security, SAP Cloud Connector, integration monitoring, and error-handling frameworks.

- Able to work effectively with business, functional, and technical teams to deliver scalable and maintainable integrations.
