Role Description SAP IBP Consultant will be responsible to design, configure, and optimize
Supply, Response, and RCCP planning solutions. Ensure feasible, accurate supply plans by managing time series optimization, capacity planning, and master data.
Key Responsibilities Configure
IBP Supply & Response including
Time Series Optimizer and heuristics Build and run
RCCP models for capacity feasibility across plants and resources Design the supporting maintenance of critical master data to fit the model. Support what-if scenarios ,
exception management, and alerts Collaborate with planning, operations, and manufacturing teams Support SIT, UAT, cutover, hyper care, and ongoing implementation activities
Required Qualifications and Skill-Set Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields 5+ years in
SAP IBP Supply & Response Hands-on with
RCCP, optimizer, and time series planning Solid understanding of
SAP APO PPDS Production planning and scheduling in process, or batch manufacturing Knowledge of planning strategies, MRP types, and scheduling profiles Experience with finite/infinite capacity planning Understanding of resource modeling, work centers, and capacity profiles Knowledge of production orders, planned orders, and supply network planning Hands-on experience with order-based scheduling and heuristic planning Understanding of lot-sizing, lead times, setup times, and production constraints Knowledge of SAP materials master, BOMs, and Recipe integration Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication
Nice-to-Have (Pharma): Experience with pharma / batch manufacturing supply chains Understanding of shelf life, expiry, and regulatory constraints Exposure to
GxP-compliant master data processes
