Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP HR Functional &

- Business Process Expertise

- Configure and support SAP HCM modules:

- Personnel Administration (PA)

- Organizational Management (OM)

- Time Management (TM)

- Understand and manage end-to-end HR business processes.

- Analyze and optimize upstream and downstream integrations across systems (e.g., Finance, Payroll, external tools).

- Ensure process alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.

2. IDoc &

- Integration Management

- Handle IDoc configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Support data exchange between SAP HR and external/internal systems.

- Work on integration issues involving interfaces, APIs, and middleware.

3. Support &

- Incident Management

- Manage SLA-based support activities.

- Handle:

- Incident tickets

- Problem tickets

- Service requests

- Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain service quality and system stability.

4. Implementation &

- Enhancement Projects

- Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and rollouts.

- Lead/support:

- Requirement gathering

- Configuration

- Testing

- Go-live activities

- Deliver enhancements and continuous improvements post-implementation.

5. ABAP &

- Technical Coordination

- Work closely with the ABAP team for:

- Debugging issues

- Functional specifications





- RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)

- Validate technical developments against business requirements.

6. BASIS &

- Security Coordination

- Coordinate with SAP BASIS team for:

- Role and authorization management

- System performance and access issues

- Support user role assignments and security compliance.

7. Upgrades &

- Regression Testing

- Support system upgrades and enhancements.

- Perform and coordinate:

- Regression testing

- Integration testing

- Ensure business continuity and minimal disruption during system changes.

8.

Custom

Tools &

- UI Support

- Provide support for custom-built tools and applications integrated with SAP HR.

- Support UI platforms (e.g., Mendix, Fiori, other front-end tools).

- Troubleshoot UI-related issues and coordinate with development teams.

9. Workflow (WF) &

- Process Automation

- Handle workflow (WF) configurations and issue resolution.

- Support workflow integration with UI tools and HR processes.

- Ensure smooth execution of approval processes and notifications.

10. Data Management &

- Support Tools

- Support data uploads, mass changes, and validation activities.

- Work with migration tools (LSMW/programs/custom uploads).

- Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
