Responsibilities

- Configure and support Onboarding process flows, templates, and workflows for recent hire, rehire, and internal hire transfer scenarios.
- Design, build, and govern the Onboarding Data Model ODM, triggers, and business rule-based workflows.
- Manage integration between Onboarding and Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Compensation.
- Configure e-signature and document generation e.g., Adobe Sign DocuSign integration and pre-boardingonboarding task lists.
- Own offboarding process configuration separation, last-day tasks, and exit workflows.
- Support end-to-end implementation projects requirement gathering, process design, configuration, UAT, and go-livehypercare support.
- Provide L2L3 production support troubleshoot process failures, workflowtask errors, and email notification issues.
- Support quarterly release impact analysis and regression testing for Onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with integration teams on middlewareCPI-based integrations feeding Onboarding.
- Support data migrationloads for onboarding-specific objects during implementations and enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1L2 support teams.




- Own and maintain configuration workbooks, process documentation, SOPs, and KB articles.
- Support minor enhancements and change requests within AMS scope. Required Skills & Experience

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding ONB 2.0, with strong AMS exposure.
- Strong experience in AMS/support environments.
- Expert knowledge of Onboarding Data Model, process variants, business rules, and workflows.

- Experience with document generation e-signature integration Adobe Sign, DocuSign.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex workflow and integration issues.
- Experience working in global AMS models with SLAKPI ownership.

- Strong understanding of release management and production support processes.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools ServiceNow, Jira.
- Ability to communicate effectively with HR, IT, and business.
