We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP FICO S/4 HANA Consultant to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations in manufacturing environments. This role will be critical in optimizing our financial processes, ensuring data integrity, and supporting our ongoing SAP initiatives. Responsibilities:

- Solution Design &
- Implementation: o Participate in the day to day SAP S/4 HANA support for finance function, including solutioning, configuration, testing & deployment. o Design and implement robust SAP FICO solutions that align with business requirements and best practices for a manufacturing organization. o Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements from finance and controlling stakeholders.

- System Configuration &

- Customization: o Configure SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, New GL) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting). o Develop and maintain documentation for all configurations, customizations, and processes.

- Support &

- Optimization: o Provide expert functional support for existing SAP FICO functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions. o Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SAP FICO landscape. o Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)



for integrated solutions.

- Testing &

- Training: o Develop and execute testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT). o Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Reporting &

- Analytics: o Assist in the development and generation of financial and controlling reports using standard SAP tools and custom developments. o Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the SAP FICO modules.

- Project Management &

- Collaboration: o Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with IT colleagues, business users, and external vendors. o Participate in FICO project planning, status meetings. o Adhere to IT governance and change management processes.

Required

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: o Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. o Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation cycles in a manufacturing organization. o Extensive experience in configuring and supporting core SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL). o Extensive experience in configuring and supporting core SAP CO modules (CCA, IO, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing).

- Technical Skills: o In-depth knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (MM, SD, PP). o Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts is a strong plus. o Basic understanding of ABAP debugging is desirable.
