n Role Overview

nWe are looking for a Business Analyst – SAP FICO Consultant to bridge the gap between business and IT teams by understanding business needs, defining requirements, improving processes, and supporting SAP solutions.

n

n Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
n
- Identify business process improvement opportunities.
n
- Map business processes and translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria .
n
- Support SAP Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, and go-live activities.
n
- Identify and resolve business/system issues.
n
- Define and execute test cases.
n
- Prepare training documentation and conduct user training.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers,



and implementation teams.
n
- Support SAP deployments and provide post-go-live/hypercare support.
n

n

n Requirements:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems , or related field.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO .
n
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
n
- Experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
n
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
n

n✈️ Travel

n

n
- Initial 2-week onsite visit to Sanand .
n
- Potential 4–6 week visit to the USA for SAP configuration and knowledge transfer.
n
- Occasional international travel for training, localization, go-live, and hypercare support.
n
