nImplement and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.

nGather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

nConfigure Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 modules.

nDesign and maintain recruitment workflows, job requisitions, candidate applications, interview scheduling, and offer management processes.

nConfigure onboarding programs, recent hire activities, document management, and compliance processes.

nPerform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.

nIntegrate SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee Central and third-party systems.

nCreate business process documentation, configuration workbooks, and training materials.

nProvide production support and troubleshoot module-related issues.

nCollaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
