Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation and support for SAP CO Overhead Controlling processes.

- Configure and manage cost center accounting, internal orders, activity-based costing, and overhead cost planning.

- Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective CO solutions.

- Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closing processes related to overhead controlling.

- Integrate CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules for end-to-end business scenarios.

- Provide guidance to junior consultants and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-10 years of experience in SAP CO, with strong expertise in Overhead Controlling.

- Hands-on experience in cost center accounting, internal orders, and overhead allocation cycles.

- Robust knowledge of integration between CO and FI modules.

- Experience in handling support, enhancements, and full-cycle implementations.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to S/4HANA Controlling.

- Experience in global rollouts or multi-country projects.

- Knowledge of profitability analysis (CO-PA).
