Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP BTP Specialist to design, develop, support, and enhance enterprise integration,

workflow automation, and low-code application solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Process

Automation, Workflows, APIs, and B2B integrations. The role will focus on delivering integration solutions,

automating business processes, developing business applications, and supporting SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP ecosystems.

This position is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys hands-on development, problem-solving,

application support, and collaborating with business teams to deliver practical digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Integration Development

- Design, build, test, and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Create and support integrations involving:
- SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors and Third-Party Systems
- Troubleshoot interface failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support integration monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.

B2B Integration Support

- Develop and support customer, supplier, and partner integrations.
- Configure and maintain B2B integration scenarios utilising:

- EDI

- IDoc

- XML

- JSON

- REST APIs

- SOAP Web Services
- cXML
- Assist with onboarding new trading partners and validating transactions.
- Support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance integrations.

SAP Build Apps Development

- Develop business applications using SAP Build Apps.
- Create user-friendly mobile and web applications that improve business productivity.
- Build forms, dashboards, workflows, and operational applications.
- Work with business users to capture requirements and translate them into working applications.
- Enhance and maintain existing Build Apps solutions.





SAP Build Process Automation & Workflow Development

- Develop and maintain workflow automation solutions.
- Configure business workflows and automated business processes.
- Build automations that reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
- Support process automation initiatives across:

- Finance
- HR

- Procurement

- Supply Chain

- Manufacturing

- Customer Service

SAP BTP Application Development

- Assist in developing extensions and applications on SAP BTP.
- Build easy side-by-side extensions following SAP Clean Core principles.
- Develop APIs and reusable services for enterprise applications.
- Support testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of BTP applications.
- Participate in application modernisation initiatives.

Operational Support

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for integration and workflow solutions.
- Analyse and resolve production incidents.
- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
- Participate in on-call support as required.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve system integrations and automate manual business processes.
- Recommend reusable integration components and application templates.
- Participate in proofs-of-concept and innovation initiatives involving SAP BTP technologies.
- Stay current with SAP BTP capabilities and integration best practices.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

- 5-8 years of overall IT experience.
- 3-5 years of SAP integration development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP Application development experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise application integrations.




- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
