? Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead | 10+ Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Apex, LWC, integrations, and solution design .

Location: Chennai / Mumbai / Bangalore

Current Work Mode: Remote (for the time being)

Experience: 10+ Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce solution design and technical architecture in collaboration with Product Owners, Solution Architects and technology teams.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud .
- Break down user stories into technical tasks, provide estimates and support sprint planning.
- Configure and develop Flows, Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Work on Marketing Cloud Automations, Journeys and Data Extensions .
- Design and support robust REST/JSON API and middleware integrations .
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce secure coding and platform standards .
- Contribute to CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes .
- Troubleshoot platform issues, performance concerns and production incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, runbooks, configuration and integration details .
- Participate in Agile ceremonies,



backlog refinement and cross-team collaboration.
- Support data quality, platform governance, GDPR and information security compliance .
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and technologies, including Experience Cloud / Community Cloud .
